Shipping within 72 hours

We process orders as quickly as possible and guarantee shipping within 72 hours on weekdays. This means: from the moment you place your order until it is picked up by our shipping provider, a maximum of 72 hours will pass. There is one exception: we only ship from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11 am on Fridays or over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Still, that’s pretty fast, right?

Free shipping on orders over €150

Free shipping for end customers on orders over €150.00 For orders with a total value of €150.00 or more, we ship your order free of charge within the EU* – this offer applies exclusively to end customers (B2C) and does not apply to business customers (B2B). The shipping fee remains free even if you decide to return your order. 

* Please note that for all orders shipped via UPS Express or to export countries outside the EU, shipping costs apply regardless of the order value. In addition, return shipping costs, a return handling fee of €5 per return (applies to both B2C and B2B), as well as any customs duties, must always be covered by the customer. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Parcel stations and alternative delivery addresses

Please note that we cannot deliver to parcel stations of other shipping providers. If you provide such an address, your order will be returned to us, and we’ll have to contact you to arrange a new delivery. This causes unnecessary delays. Please only provide valid addresses or DPD parcel shops. Thanks a lot!

* Please note that for all orders to export countries outside of the EU, shipping costs will apply regardless of the total purchase amount. Additionally, return shipping costs and any customs fees must always be covered by the customer. The export price is calculated per package.
