Returns and Exchanges
You can return items within 14 days from the delivery date. All products must be returned in new, unused condition with all protective materials intact and the tags still attached.
Please handle light-coloured clothing and accessories with care while you decide whether to keep the item.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered in any way from its original condition.
A refund will only be issued if the return process is properly followed.
How to return an item:
You can also return your items using another secure shipping method, but we will not cover any costs or assume liability. In this case, make sure to include the delivery note.
Important: Orders shipped outside the EU are excluded. In such cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return received?
You will be notified by email once your return has reached our warehouse. Our support team will process your refund within five business days. The amount will be refunded to the payment method used for your purchase.
Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges. If you need a different size, please place a new order on our website. We recommend checking the "Size and Fit" section on the product page for sizing advice or contacting our support team for guidance.
How long does a refund take?
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the processing times of your payment provider.
