Shipping within 24 hours

We always process your order as quickly as possible and guarantee shipping within 24 hours during the week. What does that mean exactly? Quite simply, from the moment you place your order to the moment our shipping service picks it up, it's a maximum of 24 hours. And there is no catch? Unfortunately, there is. We are bound to our opening hours and can therefore only ship from Monday to Friday. So if you order on Friday after 11 am or on the weekend, we can only ship your order on Monday. But that's still pretty fast, isn't it?

Delivery time

The shipping is done by DPD and your package is usually within 1-3 business days with you. A delivery outside Germany can sometimes take 1-2 days longer, but even to Austria or Sweden we can usually do it within 3 days.

Parcel stations & different delivery addresses

Please note that delivery to parcel stations of other shipping service providers is not possible. Please use only "real" addresses or DPD parcel stores as delivery address. Otherwise your order will be resent to us. Thank you very much.

We try to offer you a good selection of convenient and at the same time secure payment methods in our webshop. Therefore we offer prepayment as a classic payment method and thanks to PayPal PLUS you can also choose between payment via PayPal, invoice, credit card and direct debit.

How does PayPal PLUS work? With PayPal PLUS, PayPal is simply a payment service provider that ensures that the payment is safe for you as well as for us. To pay with invoice, credit card or direct debit, you do not need a PayPal account. Important here: When buying on invoice, you do not have to pay us later, but directly to PayPal.
