What is normally never possible in b2b-shops is a matter of honor for us. We know that it is not always easy to find the right size or that customers sometimes jump off the purchase.

Therefore, as a reseller, you can return your orders to us within 14 days. We then exchange them as desired or send your money back.

Please note that we do not offer a free return service. As a reseller you have to bear the cost of the return itself. Excepted of course are wrong sent or damaged products. Please contact us then just by mail or phone.

Important: Please enclose the completed return form with your return. Returns without form or invoice copy can not be assigned. This makes it unnecessarily complicated in the first place, but in the worst case, it can also mean that we can not accept your returns.
